The following is the refund policy of SAAA:

• If a refund is requested prior to close of registration, SAAA will provide a refund minus 15% for the cost of administration. 

• There are no refunds after the close of registration, except under the following circumstances: (1) After the close of registration but before opening day, a parent may receive up to a 50% refund if there is proof of injury to player; (2) In the cases of  exceptional circumstances, the Board may, at its discretion, provide a complete refund of registration costs.

• All refunds will be issued within 10 days of the request, if approved.
